We offer mediation services in various legal matters. Full Day Mediation Fees from $1350.00 per party. Full day mediation begins at 9:00 a.m., and ends at 5:00 p.m. Additional hours will be billed at attorney’s normal billing rate of $300.00 per hour, which will be split $150.00 per hour per party.

*In the event parties are able to settle prior to the scheduled full day mediation, the full day mediation fee remains as per the contract, as the mediating attorney has cleared their schedule for the day.

Half Day Mediation Fees from $800.00 per party. Half day mediation may be held from either 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. OR 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours will be billed at attorney’s normal billing rate of $300.00 per hour, which will be split $150.00 per hour per party, provided attorney mediating has availability after the allotted mediation time has ended. In the event the parties have booked a half-day mediation and need to continue the mediation past the half-day timeframe, the mediating attorney will extend the mediation time if they are available, otherwise, the remainder of the mediation will have to be continued on another day, which will be scheduled for the first available timeframe that all parties are available to continue with the mediation process.

**It is highly advisable, to book a full-day mediation, if there is any possibility that you will need more than the 4 hour half-day mediation, as it is rather difficult to stop “mid-mediation” when the parties are close to settlement and resume again on another day, in the event the mediating attorney is booked immediately following your scheduled “end time” for mediation.

All mediation fees are due and payable, in full, one week prior to mediation. Payment may be made via cash, credit card or check from the attorney/lawfirm representing a party
