I am a 10 year attorney who recently served as the general counsel for one of the largest residential developers in the Dallas area, but have recently set up my own practice where I focus on real estate and business transaction work. Prior to becoming an attorney, I was a systems analyst and technology consultant for several Fortune 500 Companies and public accounting firms which allowed me to gain extensive professional, technical, and management experience.
